Kahlua is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. boiling water, 3 3/4 c. sugar, 2 oz. instant coffee crystals, 4 tsp. vanilla and 750 ml bottle vodka, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Pour sugar into boiling water; boil 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in instant coffee.

Add vanilla, one teaspoon at a time.

Mix until everything is dissolved.

Place back over heat and bring to boil.

Remove from heat again and allow to cool several minutes.

Stir in vodka.

Split vanilla bean and place in 1/2 gallon container.

Pour mixture into container.

Cap and ferment at room temperature at least 2 weeks.
