Kahlua is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. bottled water, 2/3 c. instant coffee, 6 c. sugar, 6 tsp. vanilla and 4 c. vodka, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Simmer water, coffee and sugar for 2 hours.
Cool and add vanilla and vodka.
Let stand 3 to 4 weeks.
