Kahlua
Kahlua is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. water, 2-inch vanilla beans, cut in small pieces, 3 3/4 c. white karo syrup, 4 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee and 1/4 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil 1 pint of water, vanilla beans and Karo syrup, slowly, for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Mix instant coffee and boiling water; add to vanilla bean mixture.
Strain into a 1/2 gallon container.
Add vodka and glycerin.
Shake well and let stand. Ready in one month.
Even better in 2 to 3 months.
