Bake cake as directed in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
While still hot, spread pineapple on top.
Let cool completely.
Mix pudding mix as directed, then mix in cream cheese; whip until fluffy. Spread on cake.
Spread Cool Whip on top of this.
Refrigerate.
