June'S Bok Choy Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. sunflower seeds, roasted, 2 pkg. saimin noodles, crumbled, 1 head bok choy and 1/3 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sunflower seeds, crumbled noodles and melted margarine together.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes. Watch carefully as it will burn easily.
Store in plastic bag in refrigerator when cool.
