Jumbo Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. white sugar, 2 c. lard, 8 c. flour, 6 eggs and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Add water to raisins.
Simmer 5 minutes; cool.
Mix sugar and lard until fluffy; beat in eggs.
Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts (optional) and mix.
Add vanilla and fold in raisins with water they were simmered in.
Drop and bake at 350Β°.
