July Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. cold water, 1 c. sliced ripe peaches and 1/4 c. diced honeydew melon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Thoroughly mix in cold water. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken. Blend in peaches, honeydew, blueberries and grapes, distributing fruit throughout gelatin mixture. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, until firm. Serve on lettuce or other greens.
