Made with 8 c. boston and/or romaine lettuce, torn into pieces, 8 oz. shrimp, cleaned and cooked, 1 small red onion, sliced, 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges and 1 carrot, sliced diagonally, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
