Mix all ingredients.
Shape mixture into a loaf in a 9-inch square pan.
If desired, spread additional 1/4 cup catsup on loaf. Bake in 350Β° oven about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until well browned.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
