Judy'S Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained, 6 or 7 slices bread, broken up, 6 eggs, 2 c. grated mild cheese and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Lay broken bread pieces in a well-greased casserole dish. Alternate layers of sausage and cheese.
Pour egg, milk, mustard and salt mixture over top.
Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Uncover last 10 minutes to brown on top.
