Judy's Mississippi Mud Cake
Judy'S Mississippi Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, beaten and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter and cocoa; remove from heat.
Cool; stir in sugar and beaten eggs.
Add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla; mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.
Put marshmallows on hot cake (about 3/4 bag).
Cover with Chocolate Butter Frosting.
