Judy's Artichoke Dip
Judy'S Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 egg, pinch of cayenne pepper, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 8 oz. artichoke hearts, packed in water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain water from artichoke hearts and chop them.
Place all ingredients in bowl.
Mix at medium speed with electric mixer. Pour in Pyrex dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
