Crumble Tater Tots in baking dish. Saute onion and bell pepper with 1/4 cup butter.
Mix mushroom soup, cheese soup, salt and sour cream with onion and bell pepper.
Pour over Tater Tots. Top with corn flakes or Rice Krispies.
Drizzle 1/4 cup butter over corn flakes. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
