Jubilation Thursday Casserole
Jubilation Thursday Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 tbsp. onion, minced, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large 10 to 12-inch frying pan, melt margarine.
Saute onion until golden brown.
Add soup, milk, mustard and pepper. Add noodles and corned beef; stir.
Put mixture in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Top with bread crumb-margarine mixture.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Serves 4 to 5.
Travels well to pot-luck suppers.
