Joy'S Appetizer Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb lean ground beef, 2 eggs lightly beaten, 1 tsp. dried basil, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
👨🍳 Instructions
1. In bowl combine the first twelve ingredients.
Mix well. 2. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on rack in a shallow roasting pan. 3. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. 4. Remove meatballs and drain rack. 5. Combine ketchup and cornstarch in roasting pan. 6. Stir in jellies and add meatballs and bake for 30-35 miutes at 300°.
