Mushrooms break stems out carefully.

Drop mushroom caps into boiling water for about 2 minutes and drain and cool.

Onion, crackers and 1/4 cup of cheese into a paste. Fill mushroom caps with filling. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts, abut 275° to 300°. Enjoy.
