John'S Festive Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can green beans, carrots, sliced and 2 cans tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Crumble and brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Spread on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drain green beans and layer on top. Drain carrots and layer next.
By spoonfuls, drop on 1 can tomato soup.
Spread mashed potatoes on top.
Drop by spoonfuls, second can of soup on top of potatoes.
Spread cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serves 10.
