John Clapham'S Bubbly Cheese And Bacon is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, 1 c. shredded cheese of your choice, 1/4 c. butter, softened and toast rounds (square is okay too), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Crumble the cooked bacon and mix it into the cheese and butter.
Take a sheet of foil and line a cookie sheet (line anything, it's worth it).
Place the rounds evenly on the foil and broil about 4 inches from heat source.
The cheese melts, bubbles and becomes a little brown on top.
