Joel'S Favorite Tomato Aspic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 hard-cooked eggs, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. hunt's tomato sauce and 3 tbsp. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Make jello with 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup Hunt's tomato sauce instead of cold water.
Add vinegar, salt and pepper, diced vegetables, olives and shrimp.
Pour into mold and let set in refrigerator until firm.
Unmold onto plate.
Garnish with hard-cooked eggs.
