Crush garlic clove into butter as it is melting.
Add salt. Dip washed and dried chicken into melted butter, then into crumb mixture.
Bake in shallow pan or dish, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes or until it tests done. Serves 10 elegantly!
