Jim's Applesauce Cake
Jim'S Applesauce Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 1/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. soft shortening and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients together (about 2 minutes).
Put into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Cook 60 minutes in 350Β° oven. Frost with vanilla cream frosting or cream cheese frosting. (Freezes well, too.)
