Jiffy-Quick Custards is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour in 6 to 8 thin custard cups.
Place cups in a saucepan or deep frying pan with tight fitting lid.
Pour tap water in pan.
Water should be level with custards.
Bring water to full boil; immediately turn off heat and cover pan.
Let custards stand, covered, 6 minutes or until knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean.
Remove cup from water.
Cool and chill.
