Jiffy Lime Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lime gelatin, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. crushed pineapple and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water in bowl. Cool.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
