Jiffy Lime Salad
Jiffy Lime Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lime gelatin, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. crushed pineapple and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water in bowl. Cool.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
Unmold on serving plate.
