Jiffy Cobbler is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can fruit of your choice, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain fruit (save juice).
Melt butter in a baking dish; add flour, sugar, milk and fruit and mix thoroughly.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour juice over cobbler.
Return to oven and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
Suitable to freeze.
