Jezebel Sauce
Jezebel Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pineapple jam, or pineapple or apricot preserves, 1 c. peach jam, or apple jelly, 1/2 c. fresh grated horseradish, or to taste and 1/4 c. dry mustard, or 1 tbsp. cracked dry pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients and blend well.
It is wonderful drizzled over a block of cream cheese and served with crackers or biscuits. It is also wonderful served with ham or just about anything. Refrigerate unused portion.
It can be packed into jars and given as a gift along with a package of cream cheese and Wheat Thin crackers.
