Jewish Rice
Jewish Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme soup, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can french onion soup, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, 1 soup can rice (not instant) and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, layer the first four ingredients.
Lay stick of butter on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Remove from oven and stir; bake an additional 15 minutes.
