Jewish Cookies

Mix all the ingredients except the milk and coconut and bake in a greased jelly roll pan for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from the oven and spread the milk on top and sprinkle the coconut on top of the milk.
Bake for 15 minutes longer. Ice with chocolate icing.
Cut into small pieces to serve.
