Place all ingredients into bowl except apples.
Beat until smooth.
Pour half of batter into greased and floured tube pan. Cover with a layer of sliced apples.
Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.
Repeat a layer of batter then another layer of apples.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top layer of apples. Preheat oven to 350Β° and bake for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
