Combine all ingredients, except apples.
Beat together until smooth.
Pare and slice apples.
Grease tube pan.
Pour 1/2 of batter into pan.
Top with 1/2 of the apples.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Pour remaining batter over apples and top with remaining apples.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Turn onto serving plate.
