Jeweled Cheese Ball
Jeweled Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded natural cheddar cheese, 1 c. pitted dates, chopped, 1/2 c. land o lakes sweet cream butter, softened, 1 tbsp. brandy and 1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a 1 1/2-quart mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except almonds.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well blended.
Shape mixture into large ball.
Roll in toasted almonds. Cover; refrigerate.
Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving.
Serve with assorted crackers.
Yield
1 cheese ball.
