Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen (2 1/2-inch) cookies.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Press a crisscross on each cookie with a fork dipped in water.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
Cool off cookie sheet for 1 minute, then remove cookies.
