Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 tsp. salt, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sifted cake flour, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. jelly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine salt, eggs and baking powder in bowl.
Place over smaller bowl of hot water and beat with rotary eggbeater, gradually adding sugar until mixture becomes thick and lemon colored.
Remove bowl from hot water.
Fold in flour and vanilla. Pour in greased and floured pan.
Bake at 400Β° for about 13 minutes.
Turn out on cloth, spread with jelly and roll up.
