Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Beat whole eggs until foamy.
Add sugar to eggs and mix.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add dry ingredients to other mixture; mix well.
Put in vanilla and beat.
Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet or shallow pan.
Bake until brown.
Immediately after removing from oven, pour jelly on.
Spread out well.
Roll up and let cool.
Unwrap it and wrap in wax paper.
(I put in old cloth to cool.)
