Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. water, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Line jelly roll pan with wax paper; grease.
In small bowl, beat eggs about 5 minutes, or until very thick and lemon color.
Pour eggs in larger mixing bowl. Gradually beat in sugar, water and vanilla.
Gradually add flour. Beat just until batter is smooth.
Pour into pan, spreading batter to corners.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
