Jello Salad
Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. pkg. lemon jello, 2 c. hot water, 1 3/4 c. cold water, 3 sliced bananas and 1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, save juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together the lemon jello, hot water and the cold water and let partially set up.
Add the sliced bananas and crushed pineapple.
Mix together egg, sugar, cornstarch and the saved pineapple juice.
Mix well and bring to a boil.
Add Cool Whip, mix with jello and top with the grated cheese.
Use a 7 x 11 x 2-inch pan.
