Jello Rhubarb Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. rhubarb, 6 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water and 2 pkg. red jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine rhubarb, sugar and water and bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add gradually 2 packages of red jello and boil 5 minutes more.
Pour into jars and seal. (Jello can be of choice.)
