Jello Punch
Jello Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. jello, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (16 oz.) can applesauce, 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice and 1 qt. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add other ingredients and stir.
Pour into a gallon container.
Finish filling with water (2 cups).
Freeze.
When ready to use, thaw until soft enough to chop with food chopper.
Add 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream and 1 quart of ginger ale (I use more).
Makes about 6 quarts of punch.
