Jello Punch
Jello Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 13 c. water, 3 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin, 4 c. sugar, 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice and 1 (12 oz.) jar lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil water and stir in gelatin and sugar until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into milk or plastic cartons or Tupperware containers and freeze.
Mixture should be taken out of freezer so that it is slushy at serving time.
Mix in possibly two bottles ginger ale, depending on personal preference.
