Jello Pie
Jello Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) and 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water.
Add 1 cup pineapple juice.
Let that get thick.
Put 1 cup milk in freezer and let set until firm.
Beat milk until thickened.
Mix Jell-O, milk and pineapple together.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Put in refrigerator for 6 hours, then serve.
You may use any flavor of Jell-O.
