Jello Ice Cream Dessert
Jello Ice Cream Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o (any flavor), 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 c. vanilla ice cream and 1 c. canned fruit, drained (fruit cocktail or peaches), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water (using 8 to 9-inch metal pan which helps the gelatin cool faster).
Remove 1/2 cup and pour into a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup cold water to gelatin in the pan and place in the freezer until thick, 10 to 15 minutes.
