Jello Delight
Jello Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 21 graham crackers, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter, 4 pkg. jello (1 red, 1 orange, 1 lime and 1 lemon) and 1 pkg. plain gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Crush graham crackers.
Mix with sugar and butter.
Line square or oblong pan with mixture.
Bake 8 minutes at 350Β°. Dissolve each jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Cool in shallow pans.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Bring pineapple juice to a boil. Turn down heat and add gelatin.
Boil one minute.
Then pour in large bowl and when it gets syrupy, add Cool Whip.
Stir well and fold in jello cubes.
Put this in the graham cracker crust and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
