Jello Cookies
Jello Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. fruit flavored jello, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix thoroughly margarine, sugar, jello, eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients.
Place in refrigerator to chill.
Roll to about 1/4 inch thick on a flour dusted board.
Cut or shape as desired.
Bake 5 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
