Jello Cake
Jello Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. hot water, 3/4 c. wesson oil, 1 box yellow cake mix and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup of hot water.
Let cool.
Add Wesson oil, cake mix and lemon flavoring, then add four eggs (beaten to the mixture).
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour in a small tube pan which has been greased and floured.
When done, pour the following sauce over cake while warm
2 cups confectioners sugar and 5 tablespoons lemon juice.
