Jellied Pineapple Salad
Jellied Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 pkg. small marshmallows, 1 c. whipped cream, 1 c. finely grated cheese (sharp cheddar), 1 envelope knox gelatin and 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Marinate marshmallows in pineapple with juice.
Add whipped cream and cheese.
Moisten gelatin in cold water and dissolve in 1/4 cup hot water.
Add to mixture, then add pecans.
Pour into mold.
Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and chill overnight.
