Jeannine'S Better Than Bottled Bleu Cheese Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. wine vinegar, 3/4 c. oil (1/4 c. olive oil and 1/2 c. wesson oil), 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crumble Bleu cheese and mix in sour cream.
Add wine vinegar, olive oil and mayonnaise and stir until thoroughly mixed.
