Japanese Jello is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small box jello, 3 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin, 3/4 c. cold water, 1 c. sugar and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve together the first 3 ingredients.
Boil together sugar and water.
Add sugar and water mixture to dissolved jello mixture.
Stir well.
Pour into pan; refrigerate until set.
Cut into shapes.
Easy to eat with fingers.
