Japanese Honey Cake(Kasutera)
Japanese Honey Cake(Kasutera) is an easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. honey, 1/2 c. sifted flour and 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat
Beat together eggs, sugar and honey until very thick.
Add flour, beating well.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan and bake 45 minutes.
But, stir the cake with after the first 15 minutes of baking time. Continue baking ordinary manner next half hour. Allow cake in pan.
Cake with confectioners sugar, cut into strips and serve.
