Japanese Fried Rice
Japanese Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and shredded, 5 carrots, sliced, 5 stalks celery, sliced, 5 fried eggs, hard and then cut up and 1 can bamboo shoots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook chicken breasts and shred.
Cook rice.
Saute carrots, celery and onions until tender.
Add rice, chicken and soy sauce (medium heat).
Keep tossing.
Add bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, eggs, snow peas and more soy sauce.
Keep tossing and adding soy sauce as you add ingredients.
Remove from heat. Cover and let set a few minutes.
