Japanese Chicken Salad
Japanese Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped cooked chicken, 2 tbsp. sesame seed, 2 oz. toasted slivered almonds, 1 small cabbage, cut in 1/2 to 3/4-inch pieces and 1 pkg. la choy oodles of noodles, broken up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together chicken, sesame seed, almonds, cabbage, noodles, onions and water chestnuts.
Mix well.
Mix together oil, "Oodles of Noodles" seasoning, salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar.
Mix well and pour over salad.
Marinate overnight.
It gets better after 2 to 3 days.
Serve with soy sauce.
